How does free access work?
Start with 12 free user messages total, once per account. A monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription is required to continue coaching after that allowance. Current pricing and any eligible offers appear in the app before purchase.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
Lucid uses Sign in with Apple. An internet connection is required for sign-in, AI coaching and purchases. Apple sign-in is not iCloud backup or cross-device sync.
Can I choose what I share?
AI processing requires your permission, which you can withdraw in Settings. Withdrawal stops subsequent AI requests and does not recall information already sent. See the privacy policy for providers, retention and deletion details.
